What You’ll Do: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top-notch service. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care. Ensure food quality and safety standards are met consistently. Work closely with the management team to achieve goals and exceed expectations. Qualifications About the Team Leader role: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant setting. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to handle fast-paced environments with ease. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
