About the Team Member role: Kitchen Support Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential. Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times Production role – £14.80 per hour. Monday to Friday, paid bank holidays. Qualifications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic Effective communication and teamwork abilities Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment Preferred: Previous experience in food preparation, production, or food service Preferred: Knowledge of food safety practices or Level 1 Food Hygiene certification Preferred: Experience working in a team-oriented kitchen or production setting Additional Information Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
