STUDENT PROFILE

We are looking for an enthusiastic student with good communication skills. Someone who is not shy to connect with a diverse group of people (colleagues, publicists, managers, labels, etc.). You are easy-going and especially stress-resistant.

• Assist the booking agents with organizational tasks
• Maintain contact with publicists, managers, labels, and other professionals
• Monitor marketing and promotion activities for upcoming tour dates
• Maintain the database and conduct research
• Support artists and their teams with logistics and other organizational matters during tours
• Social media activities (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Keep the website up-to-date with new content
• Assist at various Berlin events
• Manage ticket sales for upcoming shows
• General office support
