Description:

Specific Duties to be Performed:

• Audit sold unit deal jackets for all dealerships to ensure compliance with internal policies
• regulatory guidelines
• manufacturer requirements
• Assist with preparing for OCCC & manufacturer audits
• perform equipment discrepancies
• maintain and organize file rooms
• assist with the movements of boxes as needed
• work closely with F&I and Sales Managers to resolve audit finding and provide feedback
• Available to work weekends (particularly during month end periods)
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Assist in closing deals
• Must be 21 years old or older
• Must have a Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
• Must be able to pass a background screening check.
