Craft Wardrobe Ltd is a growing bespoke furniture company specialising in high-quality wardrobes, media walls, and cabinetry solutions. We are opening a brand-new showroom in Hayes and are looking for an experienced and proactive Office/Sales Administrator to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the bespoke furniture or interiors industry (preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Excellent PC and IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritise effectively
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a confident, organised, and enthusiastic individual with experience in the bespoke furniture industry. The role involves handling new customer leads, including phone communications, managing enquiries, preparing invoices, assisting with online orders, and providing general administrative support to our showroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle new customer leads and enquiries (phone, email, and showroom visitors)
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication with clients
  • Provide excellent telephone service/communication with clients
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and manage payments
  • Support showroom operations and assist customers in person
  • Place and manage online orders with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer details
  • Coordinate with the design and installation team to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Carry out general office administration tasks as required including cleaning etc.
