Requirements The Requirements To qualify for this elite placement, candidates must demonstrate: A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). A minimum of 4+ years of Acute Care experience (strictly ICU, ER, or A&E). Native or C1 equivalent English language proficiency to ensure flawless medical communication.
