Description
The Mission Elevate your clinical practice to the highest echelon of private healthcare. We are actively sourcing a distinguished nursing professional to deliver exclusive 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a magnificent, state-of-the-art superyacht. This role uniquely intertwines acute clinical vigilance with an unparalleled luxury lifestyle. Your expertise will safeguard our principal’s well-being as the vessel traces a bespoke Mediterranean itinerary—anchoring off the dramatic cliffs of Corsica, the exclusive marinas of Capri, and the crystalline waters of the Dalmatian Coast. The Team True excellence is never a solo endeavor. You will practice within a meticulously structured, world-class medical unit. Day-to-day clinical operations are overseen by a resident Lead British Doctor, and you will collaborate seamlessly with on-board Physiotherapists and an elite, Western-trained nursing team. The Safety We place equal value on the health of our principal and the endurance of our medical staff. To guarantee absolute clinical acuity and entirely prevent professional burnout, we operate strictly on a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are always fresh, focused, and fully supported in your role. Requirements Clinical & Professional Requirements To be considered for this prestigious maritime assignment, candidates must meet the following uncompromising standards: Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strictly mandated. Experience: 4+ years of highly active, recent clinical background in ICU, ER, or A&E settings. Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, coupled with the refined diplomacy required for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) environments. Benefits The Compensation & Lifestyle Package We offer a highly lucrative package designed to attract and retain elite acute-care talent: Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free). Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel, designed for absolute comfort during your downtime. Leave: 30 days of generous annual leave to ensure ample rest. Expenses: 100% of your living, dining, and global travel expenses are covered by the estate. The Process We recognize the intense demands placed on senior acute-care nurses. To ensure a seamless and highly discreet evaluation, the initial interview phase will be conducted completely via our secure online platform.
