Description
The Mission Step into a world of unparalleled clinical prestige. We are actively sourcing an elite acute-care specialist to deliver dedicated, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a premier superyacht. This position replaces the traditional hospital ward with the ultimate luxury cruising itinerary, navigating exclusively through the Mediterranean. You will spend your deployment anchoring in world-renowned destinations such as St. Tropez, Portofino, and the pristine bays of Corsica. The Team You will be a core member of a sophisticated, high-performing medical concierge unit. Operating under the direct clinical governance of a Lead British Doctor, you will work in seamless collaboration with expert Physiotherapists and an exclusive, Western-trained nursing team to provide proactive, gold-standard healthcare. The Safety We recognize that world-class care requires focused, uncompromised clinicians. To ensure 24/7 medical readiness and to completely eliminate practitioner fatigue, this maritime operation runs on a strict double-nurse shift system. The Process Given the demanding schedules of London’s top-tier ICU and ER professionals, our recruitment pipeline is optimized for discretion and efficiency. The initial interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform. Requirements Requirements Education: Western-educated BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Experience: 4+ years of rigorous, recent experience in high-acuity environments (ICU / ER / A&E). Language: Native or C1-certified English proficiency is mandatory for critical clinical communication and documentation. Attributes: Emotionally intelligent, highly professional, and capable of maintaining acute-care vigilance within an opulent, non-clinical setting. Benefits The Benefits Compensation: £60,000 per annum (100% Tax-Free). Leave: 30 days of annual leave. Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel (designed to provide total comfort and rest while off duty). Lifestyle: All daily living, luxury dining, and global travel expenses are comprehensively covered by the employer.
