We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Project Management Office, we are seeking someone who is values-led and committed to high quality outcomes who can bring their skills and experience to:

  • Build organisation capability in continuous improvement, integrating with project and change management practices.
  • Develop and implement an organisational continuous improvement methodology, associated reference materials, tools, templates, training collateral, systems, processes and reporting.
  • Build organisational capability in process mapping and lead the implementation of Business Process Mapping Software across Council.
  • Establish the “Better Ways Lab” with clear protocols and reporting mechanisms to support visual management, collaboration and data driven decision making.
  • Manage the continuous improvement program to achieve its objectives and performance targets.Drive and lead continuous improvement activities by providing expert advice, support, training and coaching to leaders to build performance improvement into planning
