JOB SUMMARY

The Beverage Cart Attendant plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to guests while ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience on the course. This position involves serving a variety of beverages and snacks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, and engaging with customers to enhance their overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures is a plus.
    Start date is immediately. This is a seasonal job as the course closes in November. Successful applicants will be invited to return when we re open in April.

Responsibilities
  • Serve a selection of beverages and light snacks to guests on the course in a timely manner.
  • Operate the POS system, for processing transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling practices and ensure proper cash register operations.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards while preparing and serving food items.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, including upselling products when appropriate.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service delivery throughout shifts.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting low inventory levels.
  • Ensure the beverage cart is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols.
