The Fox Hill Club is seeking Beverage Cart Attendants for the upcoming golf season. These are seasonal positions and applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire. To learn more about The Fox Hill Club, visit thefoxhillclub.com JOB SUMMARY A beverage cart attendant is responsible for timely delivery of beverages and food items to golfers on the course, maintaining inventory on the cart, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the cart. Must adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations and deliver positive Member experiences. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The essential functions include but are not limited to the following: • Operate beverage cart in a safe and responsible manner per defined course route. Understanding of course etiquette and rules. • Serve course patrons beverages and other stock items quickly. • Attend TIPS training and adhere to the responsible alcohol service policies. • Verify identification of patrons requesting alcoholic beverages who appear to be under 35 years of age. • Maintain and account for the “bank” on the cart. • Maintain the stock on the cart, loading and unloading of stock, and accurate inventory counts. • Complete the beverage cart worksheet and other processes to ensure accurate count and tracking of inventory, monies, and tips. • Ensure the cleanliness of the cart and remove trash at the end of the shift. • Maintain a neat, well groomed, professional appearance and demeanor. Adhere to the club dress code at all times. • Demonstrate a commitment to the success of the club by being service and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and Members/guests, and meeting established quality, service, and safety expectations. • Perform additional assignments per the direction of club managers. • Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required. Requirements: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High Diploma or GED required. • Previous experience in a customer service position preferred • TIPS certification PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person 50- 75% • Standing and walking 50-75% • Climbing, stooping, squatting, and kneeling 25-50% • Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, writing, and driving 50-100% • Lift in excess of 25 pounds 0-24% Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
