Description Beverage Cart Attendant Reports To: Golf Operations Manager Department: Golf Food and Beverage Status: Seasonal, Full-Time Expected Start Date: April 27, 2026 Pay Range: $17.00 an hour + tips POSITION OVERVIEW: The Beverage Cart Attendant plays an important role in our on-course presence representing our core hospitality values and standards. The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing food and beverage service to golfers on the course while maintaining compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies. This role combines hospitality, sales, cash handling, and operational organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: On-Course Service: Drive beverage cart safely throughout the course while abiding by proper etiquette and following the correct route. Provide friendly, efficient, and quick service to golfers. Offer beverage and food displaying a wealth of knowledge and upselling when it’s possible. Engage in contact with each group before passing them. Maintain professional and engaging guest interaction. Sales & Revenue: Maximize per-round revenue through suggestive selling and fast service. They should see you at least 3 times each 9-holes. Maintain awareness of tee sheet flow and groups that are actively buying. Accurately process transactions via Square POS tablet. Maintain proper cash handling procedures. Inventory & Compliance: Stock and clean cart before each shift according to par levels. Re-stock after each 9 holes as called for based on sales and par levels. Properly fill out inventory checklist prior to shift starting at end of shift. Follow all state and local alcohol service laws as well as company alcohol policies and procedures. Radio Golf Supervisor or Operations Manager whenever there is a situation that you feel uncomfortable in or is outside your ability to address independently. Operational Standards: Maintain a clean and organized cart that is fueled consistently. Complete opening and closing tasks including inventory tracking. Communicate effectively with clubhouse staff and any needs you may have while out on the course. Report incidents or issues immediately. Requirements Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. Positive, outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions. Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to work independently with little oversight and take initiative. Experience in food and beverage operations consisting of serving alcohol, food, and fast service is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 40 lbs). Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand or move for extended periods during events. Ability to work evenings, weekends and occasional early mornings required.
