POSITION OVERVIEW:

Springfield Country Club is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Beverage Cart & Snack Bar Attendant to serve our golfers on the course and at the snack bar. This position involves offering beverages, snacks, and light refreshments on the golf course via the beverage cart, as well as ensuring that the snack bar area is well-stocked and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service to guests while maintaining a professional and efficient operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age for alcohol purposes
• Previous experience in customer service, food & beverage, or similar roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate a beverage cart safely on the golf course.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. for extended periods of time.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working at a golf course or country club setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of golf and the game’s etiquette is helpful but not required.
• RAMP certification or other alcohol service training is preferred but not required.
