POSITION SUMMARY
The Channel Development Manager will focus on driving sales, channel development, and strategic growth within the APAC region, specifically within the specialty coffee segment. This dual-role position requires close collaboration with both Marco Beverage Systems and MCSG, supporting distributors, engaging directly with roasters and technicians, and identifying chain opportunities in emerging coffee markets. The role also serves as a local beverage leader and technical resource, delivering brewing expertise, training and first-line technical support. While the initial focus will be on coffee, the scope may expand to foodservice and other channels over time.
