JOB SUMMARY Plays a significant role in the daily supervision of the banquet operations and the team, maintains sanitation standards, and assists the talent and all aspects of the events. Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Managing Daily Operations Supervising and coordinating banquet staff activities during events. Ensuring banquet rooms are arranged according to client specifications and company standards. Welcoming and assisting guests to ensure their satisfaction. Effectively communicating with kitchen staff for prompt and efficient service. Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas. Addressing guest complaints and issues professionally. Assisting in event planning and execution, including setup and clean-up. Training and mentoring new staff members. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to hotel standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Manage the daily operations ensuring that the talent is briefed on the service expectations. Ensure talent is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met.
