JOB SUMMARY Plays a significant role in the daily supervision of the banquet operations and the team, maintains sanitation standards, and assists the talent and all aspects of the events. Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Managing Daily Operations * Supervising and coordinating banquet staff activities during events. * Ensuring banquet rooms are arranged according to client specifications and company standards. * Welcoming and assisting guests to ensure their satisfaction. * Effectively communicating with kitchen staff for prompt and efficient service. * Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
