Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Beverage Manager to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our food and beverage department reporting to the Director F&B, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving profitability. Manage and optimize beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage Develop and implement innovative beverage menus that align with current trends and guest preferences Train and supervise bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Monitor and control beverage costs to maximize profitability Collaborate with the food and beverage team to create cohesive dining experiences Handle guest inquiries and resolve any beverage-related issues promptly and professionally Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on beverage performance Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new beverage concepts to keep offerings fresh and exciting Participate in budgeting and forecasting for the beverage department Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Proven track record in beverage management and cost control Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Proficiency in inventory management and beverage ordering software Experience with POS systems and their application in beverage operations Solid understanding of food and beverage pairing principles Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and mixology techniques Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety practices Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus Additional Information What awaits you...
