Job Description As Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind one of Fairmont Hanoi’s most refined and experiential venues—where world-class cocktails, premium spirits, and personalized service come together. You will lead all aspects of the bar’s operation, from team development and service standards to beverage innovation and guest experience. Responsibilities: Curate and evolve Fairmont Hanoi’s beverage identity across all venues, from refined classics to avant-garde creations. Lead, train, and inspire bartenders and mixologists to deliver unforgettable guest experiences that are polished, intuitive, and deeply personal. Introduce world-class techniques and technologies, building on and celebrating the artistry that makes them magic. Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and events teams to design immersive guest rituals, pop-ups, and interactive tasting experiences. Build meaningful partnerships with suppliers, brands, and visiting bar talents, keeping Fairmont Hanoi at the heart of regional cocktail culture. Elevate select signature venues to international acclaim Manage inventory, source unique ingredients, and bring them to life. Represent the hotel as an ambassador of taste, storytelling, and hospitality within Hanoi and beyond. Qualifications Knowledge & Experience: 5+ years of bar leadership experience in luxury hotels or acclaimed standalone bars. Mastery of spirits, mixology, and modern cocktail techniques paired with an instinct for innovation and guest engagement. A visionary mindset and genuine curiosity for flavor, culture, and design. Experience mentoring dynamic teams with heart, precision, and pride. Knowledge of international bar trends, sustainability practices, and award-level operations. Certifications such as WSET or mixology diplomas are an asset. Association with top rated bars & Restaurants are a bonus, but passion and creativity matter most.
