Job Description •Management of all aspects and functions of the bar outlets, in accordance with hotel standards. •Directs implements and maintains BAR service within the Hotel, and create a superior guest experience and is in accordance with licensing regulations associated with alcoholic beverages. Qualifications •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations •Strong knowledge in cocktails, wines and spirits •Banquet function experience along with strong skills in conceptual menu development. •Good interpersonal and communication skills Additional Information -
