JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. With imminent plans to refurbish our bar area we are looking for someone who can confidently assist us in designing a brand new cocktail menu.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is required
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of customers.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • A genuine desire to help others, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities
