Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights: In the role of Beverage Materials Specialist working in Albany, GA you will be part of the Quality team. You will proactively lead and manage all aspects of material supplier quality performance, including qualification testing and validation of new or modified materials. It drives the performance of materials across all brewery processes by applying quality tools such as SPC, DOE, and DMAIC, while collaborating closely with suppliers, operations, procurement, and corporate packaging and brewing teams. The position oversees supplier relationships through accreditations, routine assessments, and ongoing quality oversight to ensure consistent, reliable, and in‑spec materials. Additional responsibilities include coordinating qualification testing, resolving machine‑to‑material interface opportunities, providing technical support to brewery teams, and facilitating training for stakeholders at all levels on packaging material processes. This position reports to Sr Mgr Quality & Food Safety What You’ll Be Brewing: Monitor compliance with standards, conducts audits, and manages supplier partnerships. Oversee and maintain the brewery’s supplier rating system, including incident management. Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging WCCE for problem solving. Coordinate material/equipment qualification testing (PPT) and facilitates the technical packaging lab. Key Ingredients: You have a bachelor’s degree in quality Advanced degree or certificate in brewing or quality is a plus You have at least 3-5 years experience in quality related experience Awareness of OSHA regulations, GMP, state agricultural practices/policies, TTB regulations, plant safety regulations, FDA guidelines for food plant operations, and environmental regulations for brewery manufacturing Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and computer skills, continuous improvement concepts, packaging materials Strong knowledge‑transfer and technical‑training skills across all organizational levels Advanced understanding of Molson Coors quality specifications for packaging materials You love a challenge. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
