Description

Position Summary: Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times. 2. Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs. 3. Carry work cards at all times during shift. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training. 4. Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects Company practices. 5. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards. 6. Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to Graton Resort & Casino's policies. 7. Have knowledge of MSDS booklet location for your area. 8. Display knowledge of all emergency procedures. 9. Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities. 10. Be able to utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants and all-purpose cleaners. 11. Maintain cleanliness of the stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, remove margarita containers, ensure the area is well stocked and notify manager when orders must be placed. 12. Polish all brass behind bars and surrounding tile area. 13. Polish all mirrors. 14. Maintain image of all bars and storage areas. 15. Other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team members and Management in both written and verbal form. 2. Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision. 3. Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making. 4. Must be able to obtain Gaming work card in the state of California. 5. Adhere to all Company and department policies, practices and procedures. 6. Ability to handle a flexible schedule. 7. Must be at least 21 years of age. Physical Requirements: 1. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. 2. Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and reach to a height of six (6) feet with or without assistance. 3. Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and image of bars and storage areas through polishing, sweeping, and mopping. Ensure beverage stock is maintained and report product shortages to management.
