Description Follow all HACCP regulations and procedures to ensure food safety and compliance. Assist with daily production of syrups and coffee for distribution. Support the creation and execution of the weekly production schedule. Aid in the inventory management of warehouse items and production supplies. Ensure all production and warehouse areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to standards. Contribute to the development of new beverage flavors and product offerings. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment as per manufacturer guidelines and log activities accordingly. Provide support at other plant locations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience driving box trucks (CDL not required) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
