Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant greeting
  • Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image.
  • Keep Bars and self-serve stations clean and stocked as well as any additional duties that are assigned by leadership.
  • Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices to ensure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders.
  • Serve your assigned section in the proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by your supervisor.
  • Follow all cash handling procedures of the F&B department.
  • Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same.
  • Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise.
  • Observe and anticipate guests’ needs.
  • Suggest and up-sell cocktails.
  • Responsible for following the calling order when ordering cocktails.
  • Ensure you are following your TIPS training for responsible alcohol service at all times
