WE LOVE OUR WORK. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve service problems according to guidelines. Appear in publicity photos. Promote casino events and programs. Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests; carries full trays on every round. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines Take drink orders, communicates with bartenders, assist in the preparation of drinks and present drinks to guests. Handle money according to procedure; operate cash register, take money, make change, and make deposits at the end of shift. Maintains clean and stocked workstation. Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. Declare tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift. Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies. Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter. Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned. BRING US YOUR BEST. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
