While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: * Continuously observing and anticipating guests' needs in order to fill any and all guest requests/opportunities. Having extensive knowledge of available beverage offerings * Utilizing POS and automated cocktail production technology to fill guest beverage needs * Maintaining a clean and well-stocked service station including but not limited to all glassware, condiments, coffee and dry goods * Complying with all slot, cash and comp charging procedures.
