Description

Responsible for the supervision of all Beverage associates ensuring operational standards and guest services are in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort's policies and procedures and Gaming regulations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIS: Supervises all Beverage Servers on assigned shift. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. One to three years beverage serving experience. Gaming experience preferred. Some supervisory experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of ABC regulations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising all Beverage associates to ensure operational standards and guest services are met. This includes managing staff performance and addressing any issues that arise during shifts.
