  • High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment - required
  • Must be twenty - one (21) years of age or older
  • Associate’s Degree in Related field- required
  • OR Two (2) years’ Supervisory experience- required
  • OR One (1) year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a PCI Gaming Department- required
  • OR Two (2) years’ experience in the hiring position’s Department- required
  • One (1) year of Beverage Supervisory experience - required
  • Must have knowledge of beverage products and service techniques
  • Great interpersonal, customer communication, team building, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work with a computer-based time and attendance system
  • Ability to adequately and successfully perform all aspects of this position
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism, dependability, and punctuality
  • After hire, successful obtainment of BASSET or ServeSafe certification is required to retain position
  • Must be able to respond professionally and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflict

  • Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required

Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in implementing programs designed to provide beneficial changes in the beverage operation
  • Assist in refining all areas of the beverage operations
  • Help cultivate an inclusive, friendly, and prosperous work environment
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, including recruiting, hiring and training, employee coaching and documentation
  • Present and visible on the floor creating guest interaction
  • Abide by all State, Federal, and WCH requirements pertaining to serving alcohol
  • Assist in training on customer service programs/standards and assures outstanding service to all guests at all times
  • Assist in scheduling staff that assure the highest service levels with maximum productivity
  • Counsels, guides, trains, and instructs the beverage team in the proper performance of their duties
  • Communicates all pertinent information regarding daily promotions, Beverage specials, property promotions, station assignments, scheduled entertainment and assures that the team is informed of the information
  • Utilizes creative abilities to offer operational enhancements
  • Can do attitude when assigned special projects as needed per the direction of the Department Manager
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Base Pay:

  • Pay range - $18.45 - $25.03 (The base pay will depend factors such as experience level and skillset.)
