As a Business Finance Controller for System, Services, and Digital Businesses. Together with the Business VP to ensure all key drivers generate faster growth than market and profitably. Provide proactive finance support for all areas of business, managing various stakeholders (base in and out the country). Ensure accuracy and integrity of Forecast, Report, and working to improve process and procedure Together with BVP, drive planning and forecast to the timelines with appropriate audit trails and underlying business rationale, draw and implement action plan to achieve high performance result. Effectively deliver on the aligned finance and business agenda Leverage intelligent/digital tools to analyze financial and operational Support and drive efficiency program Learn everyday on sustainability through our internal Sustainability School & Climat Fresk workshop. Relevant 5+ experienced professional with proven ability to: Excellent know-how and understanding on the business key driver and solution business environment. Working within Commercial Financial, business dynamic and matrix management environment Effective team player and managing relationship with various stakeholder of various countries Achieve result and working and delivering within the tight deadline Experienced in recurring service business, SaaS, XaaS or in Projects (Customer projects management with planning) is a strong plus Language : English and Mandarin. Strong knowledge of Taiwanese culture is requested.
