Boeing’s Boeing Global Services division (BGS) Human Resources (HR) organization has a new and exciting opportunity for two dynamic and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to join our team in Seattle, WA or Englewood, CO.
These roles will play a critical role in leading the deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, practices, and processes that align with our business objectives. The position(s) requires a proactive partner who can effectively collaborate across the organization and with all levels to understand the business needs and deliver customized HR solutions that contribute to overall organizational success.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders by providing proactive coaching and support, helping them tackle business challenges, and guiding their leadership growth to boost team performance and organizational culture
  • Issue Management and Consultation: Proactively address HR-related issues and mitigate organizational risk while consulting with management to develop cohesive, business-focused strategies.
  • Talent Management: Lead all talent management activities including succession planning and leadership selection, acting as the voice of the people to enhance workforce diversity and ensure effective staffing
  • Implementation of HR Strategies: Implement and coordinate HR strategies and practices, directing the roll-out of programs and ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees
  • Data Analysis: Ability to use critical thinking to analyze HR metrics, including workforce analytics, to proactively identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influence process improvement by working with others
  • Coach all team-member levels, including management and executive leaders, on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
