Position: Part-time Case Manager I-III Juvenile Probation [1405] Program: Amarillo, Texas – Juvenile Probation TCOOMMI (Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical or Mental Impairments) Salary range: Case Manager I: $19.62/hr. Case Manager II: $20.82/hr. Case Manager III: $22.12/hr. We invite you to join us in our vision of “Making Lives Better!” Essential duties and responsibilities: * Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language * Serves as a Skills Trainer/Case Manager for Juvenile Probation and Parole TCOOMMI (Texas Correctional Office for Medical and Mental Impairments) program. This is an intensive caseload. * Services are provided in Amarillo, specifically Potter county for identified juveniles with behavioral health issues and involvement with the juvenile justice system * Duties include assessment, treatment planning, working within the team to ensure appropriate services are delivered, engaging family by providing outreach and education, and taking a family & person-centered approach to help identify strategies and objectives for treatment * Will be responsible for teaching and role modeling skills that addresses community living, social, coping, problem solving, anger management, parenting, and self- control skills to families and youth * Will be trained in evidence-based curriculum to help improve daily functioning * Provides services via phone & face-to-face, in both home and community-based settings * This position will spend at least half of his/her working time directly working with the youth, family, and/or family supports * Position will assist and collaborate with Juvenile probation counterpart and the Children and Adolescent Behavioral Health Team in promoting skills development  * Position will organize, provide culturally competent care activities and collaboration among all participants involved with the individual’s care * Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised Required qualifications to be successful in the job: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialing * For Case Manager I, no experience required * For Case Manager II, minimum one (1) year experience of behavioral health case management * For Case Manager III, minimum two (2) years experience of behavioral health case management * Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience * Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
