Sales Estimator Location: Eugene | Department: Sales Operations | Reports to: Sales Operations Manager Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for precision and collaboration? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Estimator, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of recycling technology by developing accurate cost estimates for equipment, system designs, and turnkey recycling plants. What You’ll Do As our Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of project planning—translating concepts and designs into reliable cost assessments. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Sales, and Project Management to ensure every estimate is thorough, timely, and built with confidence. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-confidence cost estimates from detailed drawings or conceptual designs Own the accuracy and accountability of all submitted estimates Build estimates from the ground up using your knowledge of manufacturing processes Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and transparency Participate in post-project audits to refine and improve estimating practices Clearly communicate assumptions and support estimates with detailed documentation Continuously improve estimating processes through technology and innovation Manage multiple estimate requests with speed and precision What You Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience with AutoCAD/Inventor and cost estimating software Background in construction or manufacturing environments is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to train others and share expertise Recognized subject matter expertise in one or more manufacturing processes A team-oriented mindset with excellent time management and problem-solving skills Core Competencies: Attention to detail | Organizational agility | Customer focus | Action-oriented | Technical acumen | Adaptability | Team collaboration Why Join Us?
