Job Title BHS SHIFT TEAM LEADER Job Description 1. Shift Leadership & Team Supervision Supervise BHS maintenance technicians during the shift Allocate tasks based on priority and technician availability Conduct shift briefings and debriefings Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and procedures 2. Operational Monitoring Monitor the performance of the BHS using SCADA and field reports Respond to breakdowns and critical alarms promptly Coordinate corrective actions with the operations and IT teams Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers or OEM support 3. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) tasks are executed as scheduled Validate that all corrective maintenance (CM) work is completed and documented Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control faults 4. Safety and Compliance Enforce health and safety policies across the team Ensure all team members use the correct PPE and follow lock-out/tag-out procedures Report incidents, near misses, or safety violations 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate shift logs and maintenance records Prepare and submit daily reports on activities, downtime, faults, and actions taken Maintain inventory status of spare parts/tools and inform shortages 6. Communication & Coordination Act as the first point of contact for operations and stakeholder communication during the shift Liaise with contractors, OEM vendors, and internal departments as needed Support audits and inspections related to BHS maintenance Aspire.
