Description
Our client, an iGaming operator is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Data team. The Role The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the client’s Multibrand strategies by ensuring effective replication, alignment, and optimisation of operational, lifecycle, and CRM journeys across brands. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Multibrand strategy by replicating and troubleshooting operational and lifecycle journeys, as well as event mappings, across new brands. Aligning player messaging and welcome offers for newly launched brands. Supporting CRM cross-sell campaigns Assisting CRM promotional campaigns by creating ad-hoc player lists, building journeys, or collaborating with developers to introduce new journey features. Responding to stakeholder requests related to the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of new or existing journeys. Identifying and resolving root causes when journey-related issues or bugs are reported by business stakeholders. Interpreting journey logs and data to troubleshoot issues and optimise performance. Monitoring and analysing journey performance, including the development of dashboards to track key metrics and proactively identify issues. Collaborating closely with the development team to define and deliver new journey features and enhancements based on business requirements. Experience Required Some experience working with data in a commercial or fast-paced environment, ideally within iGaming or a similar digital industry. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Basic knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL or Python, and data visualisation platforms such as Tableau or similar. Confidence in exploring system or journey logs to identify, investigate, and understand data issues or anomalies. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
