For more information about Landbay please visit our website: https://landbay.co.uk/about-us The Role Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and support analytical requirements Collaborate closely with teams across the business to understand their objectives, define metrics, and identify opportunities for data driven decision making. Provide analytical input during product discovery and feature releases Work alongside Tech and Product teams to shape new features through data and help evaluate their impact post-launch. Develop and maintain BI logic in dbt Write and maintain dbt models that power our BI layer, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business definitions. Own and support our Looker environment Structure Looker dashboards and explores for ease of use, maintain data governance, and improve the overall self-serve experience. Drive stakeholder enablement and adoption of BI tools Educate and support users across the business in self-serving their reporting needs, and act as a trusted advisor on best practices. Manage a diverse set of stakeholder relationships Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day data needs, balancing priorities across teams with different goals and levels of data literacy. Interpersonal skills & Experience At least 3 years of experience or able to evidence ability in required skillsets Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills with a good ability to translate insights and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels Demonstratable success with helping create a data driven culture Critical thinking and problem solving skills Technical skills Looker or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) Strong SQL skills (to be used mainly via DBT and Snowflake) Location & Logistics Position is based in Victoria, central London, reporting to the Data Manager.
