We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BI Analyst / BI Specialist to transform business data into actionable insights and help teams make better data-driven decisions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, developing dashboards, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and transform data from multiple business and operational sources
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Translate business requirements into effective BI solutions and reporting frameworks
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and business trends
• Identify patterns, opportunities, and potential risks through data analysis
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Support data modeling, data integration, and reporting processes
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across BI reports and dashboards
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency where possible
• Document data sources, business logic, reporting processes, and BI solutions
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

✅ Requirements

• Junior to Mid-Level candidates are welcome to apply
• 1–4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehouses, and business reporting concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and effective BI solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Familiarity with Python, ETL processes, or cloud data platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with distributed teams
• Fluent in English
• Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
