As the German Armed Forces' primary digitalization partner, we provide stable, secure, and efficient IT services both domestically and internationally, from routine operations to operational deployments, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the German Armed Forces' command and control capabilities. With over 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernize one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are passionate about further developing the German Armed Forces' IT infrastructure through challenging digitalization projects and thus contributing to Germany's security. 

• The Planning and Control department within the Service Desk is responsible for workforce planning, forecasting, resource management, and operational reporting based on ACD data and ad-hoc queries from the ITSM tool. This department also works closely with the SD Infrastructure and SD Process Enablement departments. Overarching topics include ACD development, operation, and maintenance.
