Your tasks

Reporting & Dashboards: You will work with us to further develop our KPI, reporting and dashboard landscape and ensure that relevant information is presented in an understandable and usable way.
Power BI: With Power BI, you can create meaningful reports and visualizations that support departments and management in making data-driven decisions.
Requirements management: You actively engage in dialogue with our specialist departments, gather requirements, question them, and bring structure to different technical needs.
Technical concept: From these requirements, you will develop technical solutions and create actionable tickets for our development teams.
Dynamics 365: Together with our CRM developer, you will manage the further development of our Dynamics 365 landscape: You will prioritize the backlog, tailor the topics to specific needs, and accept the results.
Hands-on implementation: You'll handle smaller implementations yourself – for example, adjustments to customization, forms and processes, Power Automate flows, and reports. During vacations or peak workloads, you'll cover for our CRM developer.
Process optimization: You examine existing business processes, identify potential improvements, and provide support with technical questions and troubleshooting in day-to-day operations.
AI & Automation: You will test modern AI and automation tools for specific use cases at our company and implement the sensible ones together with the team.
