As BI & Automation Engineer for International Supply Chain, you will be part of digital transformation journey towards self-service reporting, enabling End to End visibility for various business users on global scale, developing sustainable data model and data quality management.
You will be responsible to develop Power BI dashboards and reporting that is visually accessible, tells a compelling story and delivers actionable insights for different audiences. You will be working closely with business users to understand requirements, identify best data sources and enriching existing data models. As part of Capability team, you will also support with maintenance of existing BI dashboard as BAU support and work on process improvements with Power platform automation, efficiencies from data perspective.

What will you be doing:

  • Developing Power BI dashboards and reporting for different audiences
  • Engaging closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into solutions
  • Creating data model, managing optimal structure and optimizing performance
  • Maintain data quality, accuracy and compliance with legislation, regulation and local policy
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement and people experience through accurate and easy to access data
  • Serve as data steward for International supply chain processes
  • Create documentation of automation according to ABI internal controls standards
  • Support structural improvements & global projects
  • Coordinate any ad hoc issues and requests from your Line manager

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous work experience with MS Office, MS Power Platform – VBA, SQL and/or Python knowledge
  • ERP/Salesforce and ChatGPT/AI knowledge and interest preferred
  • Experience in operational activities combined with project management/process and system improvement (Agile set-up)
  • Fluent in English
  • Tech-savvy, analytical, ownership, detail-oriented and growth mindset
  • Great communication skills (presenting to top management stakeholders)
