ABOUT US

The Demo Daten GmbH is a fictional company created by Personio to familiarize our customers with our software

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of data-based pricing strategies to optimise sales and margins.
  • Analysis of price sensitivity, market trends and competitor prices to derive recommendations.
  • Introduction of dynamic, AI-supported pricing models for flexible market adaptation.
  • Optimisation of discount, promotion and price structures in close coordination with sales and marketing
  • Monitoring of key performance indicators and creation of reports and scenario analyses for decision-making
  • Use of BI tools (e.g. Metabase, Tableau) to visualise and interpret pricing data
  • Optimisation and automation of pricing and approval processes
  • Collaboration with relevant teams to ensure brand-consistent and efficient pricing
  • Managing projects to implement new pricing systems or tools
