Analyse existing business processes, reporting flows and information sources across all departments, and document the As-Is reporting landscape, including manual spreadsheets and shadow reporting.

● Facilitate requirement workshops with process owners and department heads, and translate business needs into functional BI requirements that can be built, tested and accepted.

● Identify and quantify reporting gaps, duplicated data and conflicting figures, and design the To-Be reporting model that eliminates them.

● Represent reporting and analytics requirements within the ERP implementation team so that BI needs shape ERP configuration, master data design and integration scope from the start.

● Participate across the full ERP lifecycle (discover, prepare, explore, realise, deploy, run) with defined BI deliverables and acceptance criteria at each stage gate.
