• You lead and manage all AI activities in operational and strategic terms and significantly drive the expansion of the AI ​​project business for clients from the healthcare sector, the public sector and social security.
• You design holistic AI strategies – from business models and processes to integration into enterprise architectures.
• You are responsible for the strategic, regulatory-compliant and technically viable introduction and scaling of AI solutions.
• You create measurable added value through AI for supply, process efficiency, IT modernization and customer benefits.
• You will support and empower our clients' management in the regulatory-compliant use of AI (AI Act, GDPR, social data protection, BSI basic protection)
• You develop viable solution architectures based on modern AI, data and cloud technologies.

This is what you bring with you

• You have several years of consulting experience in a management and IT consultancy, ideally in the healthcare sector, the public sector and social security.
• You bring more than five years of experience in the implementation and scaling of AI solutions in an enterprise environment and are actively involved in AI projects.
• You have achieved demonstrable success in customer development, portfolio building, and sales-related business development in the AI ​​environment.
• You possess outstanding expertise in the development of AI strategies as well as in AI governance and data-driven transformation projects.
• You have a completed degree in (business) informatics, artificial intelligence or a comparable qualification.
• You possess a sound understanding of sovereign AI concepts such as data sovereignty, model transparency, controllability, on-prem/EU hosting, and human-in-the-loop.
• You impress with your strong communication and persuasive skills at the management level and possess pronounced leadership and motivational strength when working with interdisciplinary teams.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1), good English skills (at least B2) and a willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
