JOB SUMMARY

As a BI Developer at Compass Digital, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s business intelligence solutions and data infrastructure. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders from various teams to lead requirements gathering, build data pipelines, and create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate is able to independently take the lead on data projects while maintaining strong communication with all parties.

Reporting Solution Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using BI tools like Power BI and Looker
• Ensure data visualizations are user-friendly and intuitive while providing genuine insight to guide decision making

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Lead meetings and requirements gathering efforts with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with technical data team members from business intelligence, data engineering and data science teams

Documentation and Training

• Document report specifications and user guidelines.
• Provide training and support to end-users for self-service reporting.

Project Ownership

• Take ownership of BI projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion
• Able to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
