As our BI Developer, you’ll:

• Collaborate with teams across the business to communicate insights and findings effectively
• Analyse large data sets to produce tactical ad-hoc MI reports
• Design, prototype, and publish top-notch Power BI reports that delight stakeholders
• Clearly articulate key trends to audiences at all levels, including Directors
• Optimise Power BI semantic models and deliver dashboards with embedded analytics
• Ensure robust security in reports and dashboards in line with access requirements
• Work closely with Business Analysts to gather business requirements and turn them into meaningful reporting
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, optimise SQL queries, and recommend best practices
• Mentor and guide other BI developers, helping to maintain high standards
• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development life cycle
