Masters degree in Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field. 12 mo. experience as Data Analyst, Human Resource Analyst, or a similar analyst position. 12 months experience in: Tableau, Excel, SAP, HR Process Automation, HRIS Management, and HR Analysis & Reporting. University coursework must have included: SQL, Excel & Python. $90,917/year.
