So, join us as BI Developer in our Development team, where you’ll use your well-honed technical skills to help us build homes in the right places by providing insights across our team. From financial appraisals to sales and project performance, you’ll turn complex datasets into dashboards our people love to use. It’s all about helping others see the story in the numbers and making better decisions because of it... What you’ll do Build systems, models, tools and Power BI reports that help our teams plan, deliver and improve our development programme and services. You’ll gather requirements from colleagues through workshops and turn them into useful, user-friendly data tools and dashboards. Design automated reporting solutions that save time, reduce errors and brings everyone together around “one version of the truth.” You build logical and efficient data models and reporting that is used by our senior management, executive and board to assess performance and determine our strategic direction. You understand our Development and Sales processes and systems inside and out to keep our data accurate and accessible, identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll spot any possible issues early, solve problems, and prevent them happening again. Use PowerApps and other clever tools to replace manual tasks with slick, reliable, and future-proof systems. Whether it's a new dashboard, a process or system update, you manage change well and ensure our team are trained and supported. You have Expert skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, T-SQL and Office 365, with experience building and managing complex data models across multiple datasets. Strong stakeholder management skills with previous experience of requirements gathering for business needs and processes, supporting teams through change, driving engagement and compliance. You’ll hold a relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience in a similar role) as well as being a qualified Business Analyst (or working towards this). Expertise in data modelling and schema structures, you understand data warehouse techniques and how they impact your role. You have previous experience building and implementing PowerApps that are built to last and follow best practices. A good understanding of new build development and sales processes, including financial appraisal, project management and aftercare. An eye for detail and a love for solving problems using data.
