Job Description
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer within the Group Data & Analytics team, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. This role combines technical leadership with product stewardship, focusing on the development, enhancement, and ownership of the Group Reporting Product Suite.
You will design and deliver scalable BI solutions, including dashboards, data models, and reporting frameworks, primarily using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate business needs into technical specifications, guide development standards, and ensure the reliability and performance of reporting products.
In addition to hands-on development, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the reporting suite, manage release cycles, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will provide support and guidance to the broader team, helping to drive excellence in data delivery and stakeholder engagement.
