WHAT YOU WILL DO

Alchemer helps organizations turn customer feedback into meaningful business action. If you are passionate about building intelligent, user-friendly solutions at scale—we want to meet you.
As AI Architect, you will design and maintain ThoughtSpot worksheets, views, and Liveboards to deliver actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions, optimize data models, manage data sources, and ensure strong security and governance. Additionally, you’ll enhance system performance, support user adoption through training, and stay current on ThoughtSpot features and BI best practices to continually improve analytics capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in BI engineering, data analytics, or a similar role, with deep expertise in ThoughtSpot.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data exploration, transformation, and optimization.
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes, with a strong eye for clean, efficient design.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
  • Knowledge of BI governance, security, and performance tuning to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
    Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $130,000 to $150,000, with eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
