Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work at the intersection of understanding business problems and building reporting applications/products that drive data‑driven decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing processes, the data that supports them, and iterate quickly to ship compelling visualizations and reporting products.
  • Influence architecture and technology to promote innovation and quality for industry‑changing, data‑driven decisions at all levels of the company.

What You Will Do

  • Understand existing processes and workflows through direct interactions with end users and cross‑functional process owners.
  • Synthesize information and data from users and process owners to deliver simple, elegant, action‑invoking reports and applications.
  • Interact daily with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to iterate quickly—constantly updating and adding visualizations.
  • Build data models using the latest cloud technologies for fast, low‑maintenance, scalable problem solving.
  • Collect and monitor user telemetry and feedback to continuously improve reporting assets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • Real‑world experience developing scalable reporting solutions to solve business problems.
  • Experience designing user experiences and building data models on cloud platforms.
  • A passion for aesthetics, design, color theory, user psychology, and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with high‑velocity CI/CD systems, Agile methodologies, and A/B testing to accelerate iteration cycles.
