You are a strong communicator and can uncover the underlying question from a medical specialist or manager, as well as present complex data in an understandable way. You have a passion for sleek data visualization and understand that a good dashboard is more than just a collection of charts: it tells a story. You possess persuasive power and can get your immediate colleagues and our internal clients on board with your narrative.

You also have:

• At least a completed HBO (higher professional) education, preferably in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience as a BI Specialist, BI Consultant, or Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Power BI. For at least one of the candidates to be hired, we require experience with data visualization. We would like to see examples during our interviews.
• Expertise in DAX and Power Query and experience building data models.
• Good command of SQL to independently explore and validate data.
• Preferably experience with Microsoft Fabric or the Azure Data Stack.
• You have an advantage if you are familiar with care-specific data (HiX, DBC system, quality indicators).
• Residing in the Netherlands, with a valid work visa and a good command of the Dutch language.
